These pages are written to help buyers review the essentials clearly before and after purchase.

1. Digital delivery only

All EncryptedX products are digital software licenses. No physical goods are shipped. There is no courier, parcel, postal shipment, or physical delivery for any order.

2. Delivery method

Digital license access is delivered through Telegram DM or WhatsApp using the contact information shared during checkout or support communication. Delivery may also be reflected on the order status page where applicable.

3. Delivery timeframe

Orders are delivered within 0-2 hours of payment confirmation during support hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. Most digital orders are processed soon after payment confirmation, but manual review may be needed for some licenses.

4. After-hours orders

Orders placed outside support hours, on Sundays, or on operational holidays are delivered by 10:00 AM IST on the next business day after payment confirmation.

5. What is delivered

Depending on the product, delivery may include HWID-locked Licence Key, access details, activation confirmation, setup instructions, selected subject access, and the validity window linked to your order.

6. Buyer details required

Accurate HWID, registration number, username where required, selected subject, and schedule details are necessary for delivery. Incorrect details can delay delivery or cause activation failure that may not qualify for refund.

7. Failed delivery

If you do not receive your digital license within the stated delivery timeframe, contact support within 24 hours with your order ID, payment screenshot, registered email, and product name. We will verify the payment and delivery status and assist with re-delivery or resolution.

8. No international delivery

EncryptedX serves buyers in India and processes orders in Indian Rupees. We do not provide international delivery, international shipping, or non-INR delivery support.
