These pages are written to help buyers review the essentials clearly before and after purchase.

1. Digital goods policy

EncryptedX sells digital software licenses. Once a license is activated, delivered, configured, or made available to the buyer, the order is treated as fulfilled digital delivery and is not eligible for refund except where this policy clearly allows it.

2. No refund after activation or delivery

No refund is available once the licence key, HWID-locked access, access details, setup details, or activation confirmation has been delivered or activated. This applies to Neo One, EncryptedX Studio, and any other instant digital access product sold by EncryptedX.

3. Refund eligibility

Refund is available only in the following cases:

  • The licence is not delivered within the delivery window stated in the Delivery Policy after payment confirmation.
  • A verified platform-side technical failure prevents license activation, and the failure is not caused by incorrect HWID, incorrect registration number, wrong buyer input, device issue, or unsupported environment.

4. Non-refundable cases

  • Incorrect HWID, registration number, username, subject, or time window submitted by the buyer.
  • Change of mind after order placement.
  • License already delivered, activated, or used.
  • Device, browser, network, Telegram, WhatsApp, or third-party platform issues outside our control.
  • Attempted transfer, unauthorized sharing, unauthorized use, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.

5. How to claim a refund

To claim a refund, contact us on WhatsApp or Telegram within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You must provide your order ID, payment screenshot, registered email, product name, submitted HWID/registration number, and a clear explanation of the issue. Requests raised after 24 hours may be rejected unless required by law.

6. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. The actual credit time may depend on the bank, UPI provider, card network, or payment gateway settlement process.

EncryptedX is a digital software license business. No physical goods are shipped, and refund review applies only to digital orders placed on this website.

7. Cancellation policy

Cancellation is not possible once an order is placed because digital license delivery and activation may start instantly after payment confirmation. Please check all order details carefully before completing payment.

8. Partial delivery

If an order contains multiple users/licenses and only some licenses are delivered or activated, the case will be handled case-by-case. EncryptedX may provide replacement delivery, partial support resolution, or a partial refund only for the undelivered portion where the issue is verified on our side.
