By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, or using any EncryptedX digital software license, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the linked Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Delivery Policy.

EncryptedX sells digital software licenses for its own software products, including Neo One and EncryptedX Studio. Licenses are digital, non-transferable, device-linked where applicable, and valid only for the selected time window shown at checkout, up to 36 hours unless a different validity period is clearly stated.

You may not transfer, rent, share, redistribute, reverse engineer, misuse, or otherwise distribute any license, account access, licence key, access details, or support material provided by EncryptedX. Access is intended only for the buyer and the device or order details submitted at checkout.

EncryptedX products are independent software products developed and distributed by EncryptedX. Any third-party platform references are provided only for compatibility context and do not imply ownership, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless explicitly stated in writing.

Payments are accepted in Indian Rupees only. International payments, foreign cards, and non-INR transactions are not supported unless explicitly enabled by the payment gateway at checkout.

An order is processed only after payment confirmation from the payment gateway or after an approved complimentary coupon flow is completed.

EncryptedX sells digital software only. No physical goods are shipped. After payment confirmation, the buyer must provide accurate order details such as device HWID, registration number, selected subject, and the selected time window where required. Delivery and activation follow the Delivery Policy.

You are responsible for submitting correct HWID, registration number, username where required, schedule, and contact details. EncryptedX is not responsible for failed activation, delay, or loss caused by incorrect buyer input, unsupported devices, expired access windows, or misuse of delivered access details.

Digital services may depend on third-party platforms, payment gateways, cloud services, Telegram, WhatsApp, and related service availability. We try to keep delivery smooth, but temporary interruptions can occur due to maintenance, network issues, or platform-side limitations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EncryptedX liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, opportunity, device, platform, or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or in connection with these terms, the website, or any purchase made on encryptedx.shop shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent civil courts located in Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh, India.
